GRHOA BOARD ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR OCTOBER 31, 2020

The NEW board finally got together and had our first board meeting on September

23, 2020.  

We had a very aggressive meeting agenda with many items to be addressed.

The new and old board members all chipped in and started to work immediately.

Below is a list of the accomplishments that were completed in the first month of the

new board in October.

1.- Replaced power supply for our security/fob system.

2.- Power washed play set at clubhouse.

3.- Secured new rails and replaced/repaired walkway fence between South

(Cress School Road) and Gracebrook Drive.

4.- John Thomas fabricated and replaced broken main securing bracket for

blue tube slide on the play set.

5.- Power washed clubhouse sidewalk.

6.- Secured and replaced AC/Furnace filters.

7.- Secured and renewed plexiglass on clubhouse/pool bulletin board.

8.- Secured and shoveled off new mulch in play set area.

9.- Secured and installed new sliding board on play set.

PLUS, MEMBERS ARE WORKING ON QUOTES AND MAKING OTHER

ARRANGEMENTS FOR MANY OTHER PROJECTS.
